We had a nice surprise in the mail the other day: the May edition of Hardware and Builder Supply Dealer magazine arrived. That’s a monthly magazine full of useful information and the newest trends for hardware store folks like yours truly. Obviously receiving the magazine wasn’t the nice surprise but rather it was an article inside. Every year Hardware and Builder Supply reaches out to suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, retailers and home-owners in search of outstanding high-performing, service-oriented, and community-minded hardware stores, lumberyard, and farm or ranch dealers. They then compile a list of the 50 champions – one for each state.
