Ingredients:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Italian Dressing
Kosher or sea salt
Ground pepperPreparation:
Set Big Green Egg up for direct cooking.
Marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing 4 hours.
Sear the Breast at 500 degrees on both sides. Back the temperature down to 350 for the remainder of the cook. (about 25 min). Internal temperature of 170 F.
I then put in my platesetter and threw in a pan of brownies that were ready in 20 minutes. Just in time for Dessert. Yummy!!
