5 lb Bone-In Wing and Drummetts
Apple Smoking Chips (we used Big Green Egg)
Seasoning Rub (we used “Bone Sucking Sauce”)
Wing Basting Sauce (we used Moore’s BBQ)
Honey
Ranch and Blue Cheese Dressing for Dipping

Instructions
Soak the Apple Chips in water or beer for an hour
Wash and coat the wings with Honey and Seasoning Rub

Smoke slow and low for about 1 hour
